Our group fitness program offers something for everyone – yoga, mediation, breathwork, barre, cardio dance, boxing, cycling, strength, HIIT, circuit training, Pilates, and more! We aim to give every participant in our classes a way to begin, the opportunity to grow, and a path to excel in their own movement journey.
Our Studios
Our brand-new, spacious, and immaculately clean fitness studios are functional and carefully designed to inspire, energize, and motivate. All five group fitness studios are unique and offer members and guests a curated experience across our broad range of class options.
