A progressive, small group training program designed to deliver real results through intentional programming and consistency.
Choose your build
A full-body hypertrophy class designed to build muscle, strength, and symmetry. You’ll train with intention — controlled tempo, strategic volume, and sets that push you right to the edge of failure. Expect a mix of compound and accessory lifts that sculpt your physique and redefine what strong looks like.
All glutes, all gains. This class is fully dedicated to building, shaping, and strengthening your lower body — with an emphasis on glute isolation, activation, and progressive overload. Expect hip thrusts, lunges, bands, and heavy lifts that light up your posterior chain and grow your peach from every angle.
A form-focused session built to improve how you move. This class uses foundational movement patterns, mobility drills, and corrective exercises to enhance joint function, stability, and overall movement quality — helping you lift better, move freely, and stay injury-free.
How it works
Enroll in 1x/week or 2x/week for the full 8 weeks.
Each program offers four class times per week.
You’ll have full flexibility across programs — whether that’s Project Peach, Full Body, or Kettlebell Gauntlet.
Every program follows a structured 8-week progression designed to build strength, increase intensity, strategically reset, and finish stronger than you started.
Your enrollment includes two InBody scans (pre + post) to track measurable progress.
