Small Group Training at SoWa is a progressive, coach-led program designed to give you the structure of personal training with the energy and accountability of a team. Each session is capped at 6 participants to ensure individualized coaching, proper mechanics, and tailored progressions based on your goals.
Our program blends strength training, functional conditioning, and mobility work to help you build muscle, improve movement quality, and stay consistent week after week. With our expert trainers guiding every rep, you’ll learn proper technique, challenge yourself safely, and see measurable results—without ever feeling lost in the crowd.
Small Group Options
Part endurance, part grit, all engine. This class blends running intervals with functional strength stations inspired by the official HYROX race format — think sled pushes, SkiErgs, burpees, and wall balls. You’ll build power, speed, and stamina in a competitive yet team-driven environment that pushes your limits and sharpens your mental edge.
A strength-focused small group class dedicated to mastering the big three — squat, bench, and deadlift. Learn proper technique, refine your form, and progressively build pure strength under the bar. Perfect for anyone who wants to lift heavier, move better, and train hard.
All glutes, all gains. This class is fully dedicated to building, shaping, and strengthening your lower body — with an emphasis on glute isolation, activation, and progressive overload. Expect hip thrusts, lunges, bands, and heavy lifts that light up your posterior chain and grow your peach from every angle.
A full-body hypertrophy class designed to build muscle, strength, and symmetry. You’ll train with intention — controlled tempo, strategic volume, and sets that push you right to the edge of failure. Expect a mix of compound and accessory lifts that sculpt your physique and redefine what strong looks like.
A form-focused session built to improve how you move. This class uses foundational movement patterns, mobility drills, and corrective exercises to enhance joint function, stability, and overall movement quality — helping you lift better, move freely, and stay injury-free.
