Infrared Sauna

Welcome to our recovery room! First, enjoy the infrared sauna for up to 20 minutes. Infrared saunas use infrared heaters to warm your body directly. This allows heat to penetrate to the core of your body, generating a healthy perspiration at a lower temperature. Benefits include improved circulation and skin health, relief from sore muscle and joint pain, detoxification, and better sleep.

Cold Plunge

When you are ready to take the plunge, we require you to use the shower in the recovery room. This is important, especially post sauna, to cleanse your skin. Deliberate cold water exposure has been found to increase energy levels and focus, build mental grit, elevate your mood, and increase your metabolism. You just need 1-3 minutes in the cold plunge per session to reap the benefits.
