Tara Breznovits

Group Fitness Director

Tara graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Athletic Training. After living abroad for several years, she returned to Boston to pursue her passion for group fitness, teaching and managing a large group fitness program. Tara loves creating unique and fun programming while building a strong sense of community among her class participants. Her motto is, “Life is short, and fitness should be fun.” When she’s not at the gym, Tara enjoys watching Netflix, traveling, and relaxing with friends.

Gabi Brummett

Personal Training Director

Gabi is a current MBA candidate at the Pamplin School of Business, University of Portland, and holds a B.A. in Sociology from the same institution. As a former Division 1 soccer player at both Duke University and the University of Portland, Gabi brings a wealth of athletic experience to her training.

Dedicated to evidence-based client education, Gabi fosters a collaborative partnership between trainer and client, ensuring success and enjoyment throughout the training process. She believes in fast-tracking clients toward their goals while making sure they have fun along the way.

Gabi is a NASM-certified trainer with additional certifications in Precision Nutrition L1 and Pre/Post Natal fitness. She now competes in powerlifting and holds the RPS overall total world record in her weight class.

Outside the gym, Gabi enjoys spending time with her chocolate labradoodle, Oakley.

Member Services Supervisor

Meet Heather, our Member Services Supervisor at SoWa Health and Wellness! Heather is a graduate of Merrimack College where she studied Business Administration and Health Sciences. With a passion for staying active and healthy, she’s always ready to inspire others on their wellness journey. Whether it’s organizing fitness classes and events or offering a welcoming smile at the front desk, Heather’s energy and enthusiasm always shines through. When she’s not brightening everyone’s day at work, you can find her out and about, staying active or trying out new healthy recipes in the kitchen!
