Freeze Policy
FREEZE POLICY:
Members have the option to freeze their membership for a minimum of one month and up to a maximum of three months. Freezes may be extended beyond three months with written confirmation from management. A $15 freeze fee will be applied for each month the membership is on hold, in lieu of regular membership dues. A written request to freeze the membership must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the desired freeze start date. Requests may be made via email, in person at the reception desk, or by utilizing the Club’s online platform. Freezes are a minimum of one month starting from the subsequent billing cycle.
Members will not have access to the Club facilities or services while their membership is frozen.
If the member wishes to cancel their membership during the freeze period, they must follow the standard cancellation policy, including providing the required 31 days’ notice prior to the next billing date. The membership will remain frozen until the end of the notice period.
