Freeze Policy
FREEZE TERMS:
Members have the option to freeze their membership for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. A $15 freeze fee will be charged for each month the membership is on hold, replacing the standard monthly membership dues. Freezes may be extended beyond three months with written confirmation from management.
FREEZE REQUESTS:
A written request to freeze a membership must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the desired freeze start date. Freeze request forms can be accessed by clicking HERE.
FREEZE PERIOD AND ACCESS:
Freezes are applied for a minimum of one month, starting from the next billing cycle. Members will not have access to Club facilities, services, or benefits while their membership is frozen.
CANCELLATION DURING FREEZE:
If a member wishes to cancel their membership while it is frozen, they must follow the standard cancellation policy, including providing 31 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. During the 31-day notice period, the membership will remain active, and the member will be billed regular membership dues instead of the freeze fee.
AUTOMATIC REACTIVATION:
The membership will automatically reactivate at the end of the three-month freeze period unless an extension is requested in writing before the scheduled reactivation date. No additional fees will be charged upon reactivation, and regular monthly dues will resume.
REACTIVATION TERMS:
All reactivation requests submitted after meeting the 1-month minimum freeze requirement will serve as authorization to resume charging regular monthly dues. Upon reactivation, prorated dues will be applied for the remainder of the month, with regular monthly billing resuming the following billing cycle. The membership will then remain active indefinitely unless the member submits another freeze or termination request.
PLEASE NOTE:
Members are prohibited from using a freeze followed by a cancellation as a means to pay a reduced fee for their final month of membership. Please note: A freeze period cannot be used to reduce the cost of the final month of membership. If a cancellation is requested during a freeze, the account will return to active status during the 31-day notice period, and standard dues will apply.
