Strong Like a Mother
Postpartum Exercise Program

SoWa Strong Like A Mother is a 6 week progressive resistance training and pilates program designed specifically for mothers who are looking for a path back to their pre-pregnancy training regimen. The first class of each week will be with Bill Stearns and will feature a mix of strength, conditioning, mobility and stability training. Each exercise will be tailored to meet your body where it is, while also allowing for noticeable progress each week. The second class of each week will be with Erica Collier and will utilize Pilates training strategies to improve core strength and total body functioning. Over the course of this 6 week program we expect you to feel stronger, have better endurance, and more confidence to take on what is next in your post pregnancy fitness journey.

Mothers are encouraged to bring their babies along for a wonderful shared experience.

Program Cost:

Program Paid in Full:

  • Non-Member: $480 ($40/Class)
  • Member: $360 ($30/Class)

Single Class Drop-In:

  • Non-Member: $50/Class
  • Member: $42/Class

A minimum of 4 mothers is need to ensure the programs runs. 

Program Dates & Times:

The program begins on October 21st and runs through December 5th. There will not be class the week of Thanksgiving.

Sessions include:

  • Mondays at 1:30 pm: Resistance training with Bill
  • Thursdays at 11:30 am: Pilates with Erica

About Bill & Erica

Bill Stearns is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Precision Nutrition Certified Level 2 Nutrition Coach and a Prenatal Certified Coach. After spending over a decade training in luxury fitness clubs, Bill has had the pleasure of working with many mothers prior to, during and after their pregnancy. During that time he has found that each mothers experience with exercise after pregnancy is unique and needs to be treated with care and consideration. He will work with you to understand exactly what your body needs out of each class to feel your best!

Erica Collier is a Pilates NPC Classically trained Gratz instructor.
