Yes. We offer day passes and week passes for those who want to check us out, are visiting town, or just need a temporary solution. For local residents looking to try us out before committing, we also offer a One Day Free Trial – a great way to experience everything SoWa has to offer before becoming a member.

No! We offer flexible month-to-month memberships with just a 31-day notice to cancel – no long-term contracts, no hassle.

Yes. Non-members are welcome to book sessions; however, they must first purchase a day pass or week pass, then add on the golf simulator or recovery room session of choice. Both the day pass and service must be purchased together to confirm the reservation.

Yes. The SoWa Health + Wellness app is available for Apple and Android users and is exclusive to members.

Yes. Members receive 2 guest passes per month, which renew monthly but do not roll over. Passes can be claimed directly through the SoWa member app.

Yes. Members receive a reward when they refer a friend who joins. You can find full details here or in the app.  

General

Our full-service locker rooms feature day-use lockers, showers stocked with Beekman 1802 products, a spacious sauna, towel service and scales for your convenience.

SoWa features a fully equipped training floor designed to support all fitness styles and levels. You’ll find a wide variety of free weights, Olympic lifting platforms, squat racks, and barbells for strength training. We offer selectorized and plate-loaded machines, full cable systems, and a variety of functional tools like free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, medicine balls and more.

The turf area is perfect for mobility work and dynamic training. For cardio, we have treadmills, stair climbers, rowers, bikes, and ellipticals. Whether you’re focused on performance, powerlifting, conditioning, or general fitness, SoWa has everything you need to train effectively.

To help keep our space clean and welcoming for everyone, please follow these gym etiquette guidelines:

  • Wipe down equipment after use
  • Re-rack weights and return equipment
  • Be mindful of machine use and allow others to work in between sets when possible
  • Respect space and avoid loud grunting or dropping weights
  • No voice or video calls on the gym floor. Avoid phone use on equipment
  • No filming others without permission

Classes and services are available for booking up to 7 days in advance.

We offer a wide range of classes including strength, conditioning, cardio, spin, yoga (including heated classes), barre, boxing, and more. There’s something for every mood and energy level. Find our class schedule here.

Yes, we recommend booking your class through the SoWa app to guarantee your spot. Walk ins are welcome but subject to availability.

Yes! Unlimited group fitness classes are included in your membership.

Reformer Pilates is not included in the membership.

All members are subject to a $10 fee if they cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show up. This includes all class types, even if added from the waitlist. Members still on the waitlist within 2 hours may remove themselves without penalty. One-day trials are exempt. Guest no-shows may result in a fee charged to the referring member. No retroactive credit holds or backdated cancellations are permitted. Members are responsible for monitoring their waitlist status.

If a class is full, we recommend joining the waitlist—spots often open up! Members are automatically added in order up to 1 hour before class. You’ll need to check your app to see if you got in. You can cancel your waitlist spot anytime with no penalty. Once you’re added to class, our standard 4-hour cancellation policy applies.

Within 1 hour of class, we’ll only add you if you’re already at the gym. If no spots open, there’s no charge.

Personal training

You can schedule a consultation with one of our certified personal trainers through the inquiry form. Each new member receives 2 complimentary sessions with a trainer.

Yes. Personal Training is available exclusively to SoWa members.

For safety, liability, and quality assurance reasons, we do not allow outside personal trainers to train clients within our facility. However, we have a team of certified trainers available who can tailor a program to your specific goals. We’d be happy to pair you with someone who’s the right fit!

Our trainers specialize in strength, mobility, weight/fat loss, athletic performance, and overall wellness. We will pair you with someone who fits your goals.

Golf simulators

You can book through the SoWa app or at the front desk. Sessions are available by the hour.

You are welcome to bring your own clubs, but we also have sets available for rent.

Lockers are available for rent and subject to availability.

Non-members are welcome to book sessions, however they must first purchase a day pass or week pass, then add on the golf simulator session. Both the day pass and service must be purchased together to confirm the reservation.

Yes! Guests are allowed as long as the member making the reservation is present and there are active guest passes on the members account.

Recovery rooms

We offer two recovery rooms:

  • Recovery Lounge – Includes Therabody JetBoots Prime, Hypervolt massage guns, and a relaxing space to unwind post-workout.
  • Sauna + Chill Room – Features a private infrared sauna and cold plunge for contrast therapy recovery.

Reservations are encouraged. The Hyperice Room can be booked anytime based on availability. The Sauna + Cold Plunge Room requires booking at least one hour in advance.

The Hyperice Room is included in your membership and the Sauna + Chill Room is available as an add on service.

Community

Yes! We love bringing our community together with wellness events, member socials, themed workouts, and more. Keep an eye on the app, monthly email newsletters or our Instagram for upcoming happenings.

We host monthly member appreciation events in our social spaces, including catering, games, new friends and more!
