Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I take regular group fitness classes or use other SoWa amenities with a Reformer Pilates membership?
Reformer Pilates memberships include access to the Reformer studio and locker rooms only. To take group fitness classes (like Mat Pilates) or book amenities such as the golf simulator, you’ll need to purchase a day or week pass, or hold an active SoWa Health + Wellness membership.
Can I freeze my Reformer Pilates membership?
Memberships cannot be frozen. If you need to pause your practice, we recommend canceling and rejoining when you're ready.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel, email info@sowahealthandwellness.com. Written notice is required, and all cancellations need to be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date. If notice is received late, one final month will be billed, and your membership will remain active through that billing period.
Why might my prorated first month cost more than someone who joined later?
Proration is based on how many days remain in the month. While you and someone joining later may receive the same number of credits, you have more days available to use them - resulting in a slightly higher prorated cost.
What areas of the club can I access with a Reformer Pilates membership?
You’ll have access to the Reformer Pilates studio and the locker rooms. All other areas—including the gym floor, group fitness classes, and recovery amenities—require an active SoWa Health + Wellness membership.
