Classes
Our Pilates program is built around the consistency of group classes, giving you a structured way to progress, strengthen, and refine your practice. With access to our dedicated boutique studio and expert instruction, you’ll enjoy a focused environment designed to help you feel stronger and more aligned.
SoWa Health + Wellness members now get up to 8 class credits per month. Additional credits may be purchased at the link below.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class time will result in the loss of a credit. No-shows forfeit a credit and incur an additional $20 fee. Group fitness no-show waivers do not apply to Pilates no-shows. Classes may be booked up to 7 days in advance. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Guest passes are not valid for Pilates classes. Guests may purchase a single class credit for $40.

Our private Pilates sessions offer fully personalized instruction tailored to your goals, experience level, and movement needs. With one-on-one guidance, you’ll deepen your practice, build strength with precision, and progress at a pace that’s entirely your own. Private sessions provide a focused, customized path to feeling stronger, more balanced, and more confident in your movement.
