In this full body workout, coaches will guide you through movements that take their cue from ballet, Pilates, and yoga focusing on the smaller muscles that challenge and build your stability across all planes of motion. Barre classes help build lean muscle mass and strength while improving posture and balance. Beginners are always welcome and encouraged to come try these micro-movements and muscular endurance-based efforts.

Barre Fit is a barre workout taken to the next level. This fast-paced class combines Pilates, cardio, and strength training, utilizing props and the ballet barre to deliver a comprehensive and invigorating fitness experience.

Fact: dancing is the most fun way to work your body and release stress, and we are proud to offer the unique cardio dance experience of 305 Fitness to our community! This is not your typical dance class. Non-dancers and dancers are invited to join the fun in the club-like atmosphere where there are no wrong moves and only sick beats and easy-to-follow movements and poses you will master with the help of our energetic and encouraging coaches. Guests are welcome to this class each week, so grab your favorite dance partner and let’s move!
