Our group fitness program offers something for everyone – yoga, mediation, breathwork, barre, cardio dance, boxing, cycling, strength, HIIT, circuit training, Pilates, and more! We aim to give every participant in our classes a way to begin, the opportunity to grow, and a path to excel in their own movement journey.
Our Studios
Our four thoughtfully designed group fitness studios offer a unique experience for every style of movement. Flex is built for strength training and athletic conditioning. Ride features immersive cycling with lights, sound, and energy. Center focuses on yoga, Pilates, and low-impact formats that restore and align. Box delivers high-intensity boxing and kickboxing in a powerful setting. Each studio is clean, spacious, and curated to inspire.
Our Coaches
